I have resolved the problem of missing mss32.dll file.This had been made possible due to a guy who gave me an idea that the mss32.dll file i was searching for is in a location.-Now first go on documents/My documents(Only needed to open that window).Then type C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Activision\\Rome - Total War Remember that there is one gap in front and back of dash(-) in Rome(space)-(space)Total War.Then drag the mss32.dll file and release it on the RomeTW.exe file.You can even just release on RomeTW.exe file below the mss32.dll but here i created a link in desktop.-It is ok if you watched the video for only starting 25 seconds or so as the rest of the video is only a proof.
